Tristin Alexandria

Chief Development Officer

Tristin Alexandria is a filmmaker, producer, and executive whose work bridges visceral storytelling with existential depth. Born to an aspiring African American director and a first-generation immigrant from Chiapas, Mexico, she grew up with an intrinsic understanding of resilience and creativity—values that have shaped her career and forged her uncompromising artistic voice.

Rejecting the conventional paths of Los Angeles, Tristin moved to the United Kingdom to refine her creative instincts and cultivate a perspective uniquely her own. The result is a body of work that challenges the familiar, blending emotional truth with striking visual storytelling. Her debut feature, an ode to Ingmar Bergman, established her as a bold, singular voice in independent cinema.

As an Executive Producer on Brittany Snow’s Parachute, Tristin has proven her dedication to daring, character-driven narratives. Whether directing music videos, producing international television, or developing films with boundary-pushing collaborators, her work prioritizes intention and the relentless pursuit of human truth.

Now Chief Development Officer at Carte Blanche, Tristin is on a mission to redefine the creative landscape, building a community of filmmakers who create stories that provoke, linger, and transform.

“Following someone else’s map has never interested me. Great art doesn’t just reflect life—it disrupts it, forcing you to see the world differently. I aim to create films that burn into your memory and resonate in the quiet corners of your mind.” – Tristin Alexandria
